some skins that have "pro features" in them for customization require "atilehd" extension to activate them otherwise unavailable, but those skins are perfectly functional without it. that addon is missing from the openSPA online feed.

sure you can, but I don`t have it in ipk right now, also I never bothered to look to be honest since everything seems to work just fine using it as is.
